Orders & Cancellation
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order before 2:00 PM CST on the dispatch day. Once dispatched, your order falls under our Returns policy.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?
Your order will ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat). The transit time is approximately 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat), so you can expect a total delivery estimate of 6–13 business days from order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same business day.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Standard Shipping only. We do not provide expedited or overnight shipping options.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $75. For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies. All prices are in USD.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items, whether they are defective or non-defective, as long as they are in new and unused condition with original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs. If there is an error on our part (wrong item or defect), Print Unique Art will cover the return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in USD within within 5 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that your bank may take an additional 1-2 business days to process the refund.

Is my information safe?
Your information is safe with us. Our checkout uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption, and we do not store full card details as payment gateways handle that securely.
